Aid to the Church in Need Virtual Lenten Sunday Lunch
Published 1st of March 2021
When: the 21st of March, 2021, from 13.00
Where: online, on Youtube (linke below)
"We know this last year has been tough for all of us. Although things are not yet back to normal, we wanted to create a virtual, Lenten event where people can come together. So many of us would usually be doing things in our parishes and schools for Lent, that sadly aren’t possible right now.
"So, with the hope that this will be a nice alternative, we invite you... to come to ACN’s Virtual Lenten Sunday Lunch. All you need is internet and access to YouTube, it takes place on 21st March, beginning at 1pm.
"This virtual lunch will be raising money for a project in Lebanon called the St John The Merciful Table. This fantastic initiative that serves daily meals to over 1,000 Christians in and around the city of Zahle. Many of these families are refugees from Syria or local people who have lost their livelihoods because of the national financial crisis or the pandemic.
"Please share this with anyone you think would like to come. More information on how the event works can be found here https://acnuk.org/event/acn-virtual-sunday-lunch/
"God bless, and we hope to see you there!"
