European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) in Nottingham Network (FREE)

Published 1st of March 2020

When: Thursday the 19th of March, 2020, from 9.30 to 13.00

Where: Deaf Society, 22 Forest Rd W, Nottingham NG7 4EQ.

"The UK left the EU on 31 January 2020. There is now a transition period until the end of 2020 while the UK and EU negotiate our future relationship.

"The Withdrawal Agreement sets out the terms of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU and provides for a deal on citizens’ rights. This secures the rights of EU citizens, so they can continue to work, study, and access in-country benefits and services as they did before 31 January 2020.

The aim of this session is:

  • to bring updates regarding EU settlement and changes to EU national entitlements
  • to explore the challenges and concerns
  • to offer opportunities for staff to network and share best practices

This session is free to attend for all staff, employed or volunteers, from all statutory and third sector from Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Tea/coffee available.
