Last year paint conservators uncovered astonishing evidence of the original highly decorated neo-Gothic paint schemes by AWN Pugin, Father of Victorian Gothic.
A conservation team will be restoring the scheme over coming months.
Nottingham Cathedral will be undertaking a wide range of activities, building new audiences and installing new signage and displays.
The Welcome Lead is a part time freelance role. You will be a key member of the team responsible for recruiting, managing and retaining volunteers and co-ordinating events.
The project lasts from now until March 2027.
