An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Facilities Manager, covering Catholic parishes in Nottingham. The Facilities Manager will take on the important task of coordinating the building and grounds maintenance, ensuring that all statutory Health and Safety checks are carried out and keeping the buildings and grounds in good order by identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

Where?

The role involves work across two parishes, comprising 5 sites in close proximity.  

  • Our Lady and St Edward’s, St Ann’s
  • Sacred Heart, Carlton
  • St Augustine’s Woodbrough Road
  • Our Lady’s, Bulwell
  • Holy Cross, Hucknall

Hours of work: 18 hours per week. The post requires flexible working with fortnightly planning with the Parish Administrator and Community Coordinator.

Rate of pay: £15 p/h (Real Living Wage + 25%) Travel between sites will be reimbursed at 45p p/mile
