Honing your skill: Presentation Skills

Who is it for?

All professionals, both clergy and laity working in the Diocese of Nottingham. The course will be particularly suits to anyone who delivers (or is planning to) online or in-person presentations. Individuals from outside of the diocese are also welcome to attend.

Who will lead the training?

Joan Henshaw

Joan has over 25 years of experience as a consultant helping business leaders and managers develop their skills and improve their effectiveness as presenters. In 2016 Joan was awarded a MA in Theology. She has designed and delivered skills development programmes for the Dioceses of Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and Southwark along with a number of other Catholic associations.

Naomi Roberts

Naomi, who started in Youth Ministry, has been working in digital media and design for around 10 years and is our current Director of Communications. Having recently completed an internship with the Vatican Dicastery for Communication in 'Faith Communication in the Digital World' she has special insight into all things social media, presentation, and design though the lens of presenting and proffering the Catholic faith.
