The Sisters of Providence of Ruillé sur Loir were founded in 1806 by Father Jacques François Dujarié in this small village in the Sarthe Department of France. Today the Sisters are found in Lincoln in the Diocese of Nottingham and have Communities in France, Belgium, Sri Lanka and Madagascar.
We are called to witness to the love and goodness of the Father, to live a life of hope in complete trust, simplicity and joy and to announce Jesus Christ to the poor.
